Natural Slate Roof Blends
A slate blend combines selected colors into a roof with its own character. The United Slate Blends Collection offers a starting point for conversations about classic, estate, summit and heritage appearances.
Describe the look you want
Send an inspiration photograph, elevations or a description of the building’s masonry and trim. Tell us whether the goal is a quiet mix of similar tones or a more varied appearance.
Agree a representative selection
Discuss the individual slate colors and their proportions. Review physical samples together and, where appropriate, ask your roofer to prepare a sample panel before approving the full order.
Give the roofer a clear material schedule
Record the agreed colors, dimensions, thickness range and quantities. Work with the installer on how the material will be mixed across the roof; a collection image is not an installation layout.
Collection imagery is illustrative. Confirm color, origin, dimensions and availability with your quote and physical samples.

Will the finished roof look exactly like the image?
Natural stone varies, and screens change how colors appear. Approve representative physical samples and an agreed blend before ordering.
